I use a storyboard prototyping technique to get the content flow and visuals ironed out first, the client approves it or gives feedback, only then do I begin to create training presentations. This kind of work flow allows us all to agree on the basic story and minimizes rounds of revisions.
A brand refresh requires employee engagement and training. A handy desk-drop accordion-fold print piece was created to launch the brand refresh, and posters were created to reming employees what the basics are.
A big part of the brand refresh was improving tone of voice for the bank. The client asked for a microsite concept and prototype where users could see an example gallery, rate the tone of voice, give feedback and download presentation decks to spread the knowledge globally.
